It is so very true that the kitchen is the gathering place, the heart of every home. No matter how much space I have, everyone ends up in my kitchen. We recently relocated from San Antonio to Omaha to be closer to family and grandchildren. Before our move there was one big question: whether to buy or build a house? We looked at existing houses and weren't finding houses with features that we wanted. We had not visited a John Caniglia model home and decided to do so on one of our visits to Omaha. On our first visit to his Tuscan Ridge model home we were impressed with the custom look, high quality materials and workmanship, precise fit and finish, and overall excellence of construction as well as the location. When we started to talk with John Caniglia about the possibility of building a house he stated that "I can build whatever you want" and "work with you on pricing". This convinced us that John Caniglia was the right builder for us and we decided to build a custom home in Tuscan Ridge.

We worked long distance from San Antonio using email and the telephone to build our house. John and his sons Cory and Jesse worked with us closely and were immediately responsive to every request, providing plans, specifications and information as requested and required. It was extremely important for us to make a house to house move if at all possible. John Caniglia Homes met construction schedule dates and milestones and delivered our custom house to us on the promised date.

We have built several homes and we can truly say that this is the best experience that we have had building a house. Our Tuscan Ridge house is an excellent house and meets all of our expectations and requirements. Building a house with John Caniglia Homes has been truly a rewarding and wonderful experience. We look forward to spending our retirement years in this beautiful, comfortable and well built house.
