Owner John Caniglia began his building career as a framing carpenter as a teenager and over the years moved into finish carpentry/cabinetry. John moved into general contracting and built his first home in 1979. Over the years John Caniglia Homes has developed into a family owned business. John Caniglia Homes has a reputation for quality construction and special attention to fine detail. Future homeowners work directly with John Caniglia on the details of building their dream home. John Caniglia Homes offers a number of floor plans. Working from a library of ranches and two stories, John Caniglia Homes can customize any floor plan to suit your needs.
